Up in the air of which of these two sizes to buy for my 200S. Does anybody see any advantage to using a 10" wide tires vs the 11" wide tire? Price difference is $5 a tire which is not a factor. Do you think you may gain a little more power by using a 10" wide tire? This will be a year round tire for mud and snow. Would it be a better idea to use a 11" wide tire for these conditions?
Thanks,
Karl

I would say get the 11 inch, more traction. You'll have PLENTY of power to turn them. Very light.

Definitely the 11 inch wide tire. Pretty much better all around. Especially in mud and snow.

For just a little more I got Super Grip Super Lites, almost exactly like a Mudlite but lighter with bigger lugs and a self sealing liner. I put them on my 250ES and they are f---in awesome in snow.

They are a little cheaper from here:

But I ordered them from this place because I lost that website: so I can say for sure this place ships quick and I got exactly what I wanted:

The SUper Grip Super Lite is going to be way better in snow and mud than the Kenda Scorpion and I'm pretty sure they are lighter too.

They look like Mud Lites alright. I've got Mud Lites on my Rincon and although they provide enough traction, they are a four ply tire. I think a mud tire like that would be a little too heavy and break my old back. That is why I am leaning towards the Kenda's, two ply and flexible. After further thought, I think the 11" wide is the way to go for the extra stability. Karl

I had the 22x11x8 scorpions on my 185s before I put 200x hubs and rims on it. I loved those tires they did extremely well all year around.

They aren't heavy but the sidewalls are pretty stiff compared to the balloon tires on some other trikes. You mentioned snow and mud, and they really grip well. But not much sidewall flex.
