Hi There Guys
I was wondering if I could get some advice on some crank and crankcase questions for a 86 atc350x. Can i use a 85 atc350x crank and its left and right side crankcases? I thought that I read somewhere that honda change some oil flow pathways on the 86 atc350x compared to the85 atc350x and that the crank cases where the change. Is this true? Can I use a 85 crankcase in a 86 motor and do they fit together properly? Can I use a 85 crank in a 86 atc350x motor? :?
Another, question that I have is there suppose to be a whole in the right crankcase where the oil filter screen goes. :? To me it looks like a small 1/4" by 1/4" has developed. Let me know if this normal or not, I would think that it isn't but this it the first time I have had this motor apart.
