Thinking about buying this. Guy says most parts are there. Anyone ever put one of these together or know anything about these, looks like most of it is there to me. He wants $150.

Definitely buy it! If those tires are holding air they're worth some money.

The rest of the bike is fun to put back together. About the hardest part will be getting the engine into the bike (it's easiest to do with the bike upside down), otherwise everything else is pretty straight forward.
