i picked these up for 60.00 bucks a few yrs ago, they where kinda rough, but had potential. the before pics dont look nearly as bad as they actually were. the entire wheel had this rusty film on it. the cast centers where bad!! I had planned on masking of the rim and hitting the cast with a sand blaster, but none of my stuff is set up, and i wanted to use them. got about 5 hrs invested. cleaned the cast with some steel wool, and a wire brush i cut down. used 409 degreaser. also hit the wheel lightly with the steel wool. There is some cloudiness to the anodize that i cant get out. Polish does nothing on the anodize. anbody know what might take it out. the rim lip was in poor scratched, gouged, and nicked on the entire lip. only a few dents though. I took the dremmel to the lip with a few diff grits of paper, hit it good by hand with a 150, then a wet sand with 400 a polish and walla!!came out pretty good other than the dents and the slight haze. anyone ever successfully remove dents in an aluminum lip??

Nice work. Takes a lot of elbow grease to get those stock rims shining like that!
