Nightmare

I have a close friend working for a company that manufactures wheel spacers and other stuff for the big companies such as UM and durablue. The spacers I get anyone will not say anything, There to be sold as knock-offs at a much cheaper rate. I have excellent feedback on this forum as well as the other forum I am a member of under the same name. (zxforums.com).
Either way I am not trying to make money on this, just trying to help people out. All the spacer kits with come in pairs, and are of the EZ-fit style. Not the style you have to bang your studs out then apply the spacers.
I can get these sizes in both 1-1/2 and 2-1/2 widths per spacer.
4x101 in 1-1/2 and 2-1/2 widths per spacer
4x110 in 1-1/2 and 2-1/2 widths per spacer
4x115 in 2-1/2 widths per spacer
4x137 in 1-1/2 and 2-1/2 widths per spacer
4x144 in 1-1/2 widths per spacer
4x156 in 1-1/2 and 2-1/2 widths per spacer
I would be paying his company with my own cash. So this is completely for helping everyone here, so no trying to get discounted orders, as these already are highly discounted! Paypal is the way to pay me as it is the safest for both parties.
Right now he wants me to get a shoping list for everyone interested and serious about purchasing. Any size regaurdless of width is $48$ shipped includes tracking number!

I have been looking for a set for a 1983 ATC 200 Big Red.
The unpopular 4x150 size. With 10mm studs.
The hubs on these machine are a little lighter, hence the 10mm studs, others are 12mm.
I'm in if you can get something to fit my 4x150 rims. As I don't want to change hubs or rims or tires. I wuld like to use my rims and tires as they are in great shape.
Let me know. Oh,1 1/2 inch width size.

Hey motorhead, if they can not be made in this style. I could machine some up for you on my lathe. he would not be the same style as the picture I posted, but still a spacers for each individual stud. I could make and size you wanted. I just need to know the stud specifics. Find a nut at the hardware store that fits, and read the label, what ever is on the label is all I need to thread the spacers.
I got a small machine shop at my mothers.

They are definitely 10mm studs, most other Hondas have 12mm. But individual spacers are not as strong as a complete disc spacer. And to add to that the hubs on these early Honda big Reds are not as beefy as the later ones.
With individual spacers on the 4 studs, you will not have the surface area as a full disc spacer. You see what I am talking about.
There are individual spacers available, but all are 12mm. I would have to punch out my studs and drill bigger holes in my hubs. That is not a problem. But once I drill out the holes, that weakens the hub even more. There is not much metal there.
I really appreciate the offer to make the stud spacers for me. But I think II would need full disc spacers, like the ones shown in your pics.
Thank You Very Much

Im just curious. I have an 86 Honda 200X. I put in for 2.5" spacers. My question is which spacer is better for the stock 200X
1 1/2" or 2 1/2" ? I want to get whats best for the trail riding I do on my 200X. I run 2 1/2" on my Tecate but thats pretty much for the Ice. Is 2 1/2" to much for long days on the trail? I just dont want to bend or break an axle or something like that. Thank you for the help and info.
Also I have a Suzuki King Quad I read this for the bolt pattern
King Quad 700/750 4x4, 06-08 (F) IRS *..........25x8x12..tire........12x7.......rim, 4/110 bolt pattern
Would these work on my king quad? If so I would be down for a set in 1 1/2" style Just not sure I always just expected to get new rims but I dont have that kind of scratch so im clueless about spacers on my quad or any quad for that matter.
