YTM 200 help

OK guys I have a few ?s first is it normal for smoke to blow out the hole that the hose from the air box hooks up to. second I have oil coming out from up by the exhaust does this mean I need to start looking for a new upper gasket. and last my shift linkage seems be sticking any reason something internal would be causing this. Thanks for the help guys

1. No that is not normal. Is your oil the correct level and not over filled?

2. Sounds like a gasket leak to me, somethings leaking at least. Clean off all the old oil and gunk and see where it is coming from, might be as simple as the valve cover.

3. Sticking shifter, first thought is it could be as easy as dirt in the pivots (external), or could be be weak shift return springs (internal but not in the transmission, behind the clutch).

Thanks man, I will clean it off go tomorrow and see where the oil is coming from, and also will clean up the linkages good and see if that helps thanks Fox for the help
