OEM honda parts....they sell the dust seal and oil seal together as a kit...well worth the extra $ IMO.

Its most likely that the dust cap and seal are all that you need. Typically that is all that is required for a basic service. If there are more parts worn out of spec then they will need to be replaced individually. There is no all inclusive rebuild kit for those forks. Once you get it apart you'll need to inspect the other parts for proper amounts of wear and tear. You should really have a manual explaining how to take it apart properly and at what specs the other bushings and seals should be at. I just took mine to a Honda dealer and had them do it since it takes a little know how and you can screw things up by not disassembling or reassembliing correctly.

And yes, i've heard that Honda OEM cap and seal kit is longer lasting and better quality than those ebay kits or whatever. I got my Honda OEM cap and seal from cheapcycleparts.com (FYI shipping takes awhile with these guys)

83/84R fit a 350X, you can upgrade to one of those but the steering stop may need changing.
Some of the damper clips and bushings may be discontinued. Most 200X forks are bent and the upper or lower bushing show wear.

We chatted about this in PM's but I thought I would post for all. I'll have details in a new thread today about my 200x.
I did a 83 250r front end swap on my 85 200x. I used the whole front end, shocks, triples, stem and most important, the 250r's bottom bearing and carrier. It's much better and will fit nicely, and keep things tight. But you need to use the stock top bearings and carrier, the 250r's will not fit. Other than that it's a direct drop in. I used the 200x stock axle and front wheel as I like the bare aluminum much better than the gold from the 250r. The 200x's stock bearings are old school loose ones, so put a towel down to catch them all. I also let the shocks come up in the triple tree's a little bit extra, to keep the Trikes stance the same. It's a major upgrade, so amazing. Not only are the shocks bigger and stronger, they have a much, much better ride. a 1000% improvement.
Be Cool Jarret, and I agree with above ^^^. Go with OEM seals. Look how long the originals lasted, nuff said.

Service Honda for parts. You'll see wear on the bushing if there no good. Seals, cap, bushings (if worn) and that little piston ring are usually all that need to be replaced. You can measure the springs to see if there within the service limit. Its all in the manual.
