What kinda issues have all you had with ESR's big bores. I'm gonna have a new Honda crank put in and replace the bearing along with what ever else is worn in my bottom end. I'm gonna trail ride and just tare around private land. This is all at sea level too. I have the new unused 310 but would trade up if the 330 or 350 wouldn't give me any more problems. I'm gonna start the tear down tomorrow and the begining of a full restoration on my 86 250R. I'll start a thread for it and put up pic as I go

I've had no issues with my ESR 310. Mine is the older pro-x cylinder and to tell you the truth its almost to much engine for the stock swing arm. Mine is the TRX-9 port with race gas dome, 39mm PWK and a Paul Turner HI-Rev.

I used to trail ride my bike and it was more enjoyable as a healthy 250. But for all out straight line work, it is night and day over the old 250 engine.
