I had this happen on my wife's Jeep Compass she used to have. The aluminum wheels reacted with the steel hubs and fused together. I used a 2x4 wider than the tire and a mini sledge and hit them on the backside of the tire. I had to really beat on them to get it break loose. When I reinstalled I coated the hubs with grease.

I've used a rubber mallet before to get a stuck wheel off.

Vinegar is a mild acid and might be just strong enough to dissolve the crud without dissolving the rim itself. Worth a try. It cleans up rust real good.

Take the hub off (unless you welded it on) and then you can tap the studs out of the rim with a brass punch, or in your case, the nearest rock :D

Coke might work to free them up too... (coca-cola)

Are they possibly bent from your little accident the other day and now pinching the studs??

soak them in penetrating oil over night then get the hammer and block of wood and beat it off from the back of the rim!
Be careful not to buckle the rims though!!!

I would take them off with the hubs, and then do what Dirtcrasher said, beat out the studs from the hub, take the hub out from the wheels and grease them up going back on or at least never-seize.

if you ever did get them off, hog out the holes a little and use some acorn style lugs. but then again that might not be your problem
