Have you rebuilt the carb? If not rebuilt it and clean the jets really good. If you have already cleaned the jets really good you want to take the jets out and take them with you to a good snowmobile shop (they seem to have a better selection of jets than motorcycle shops), get the next two sizes larger of each jet.
You might want to see if you have an air leak somewhere, stock 4 strokes in my experience run great with the factory jets, unless you are very high (in elevation).

I am in canada, but i think the old jet was clogged shut, so we put one of a slightly smaller size in it, so I was wondering where do I buy a factory jetting kit

Yeah you guys got snowmobiles there (in Canada that is). Go to where they sell snowmobiles, take your jet, buy the next larger size, or maybe two. If it were me it would take all your jets and buy new ones if one was clogged, or clean them. Wherever they sell and repair sleds or motorcycles they will have jets, you don't need a "factory jet kit". If you download the manual under world class help it should tell you what number jets are factory, buy them at the sled shop.
