Starting problems, cant pull it but you can push it?

I am 18 and I have restored my Dads old three wheeler (1982 185 honda). I have everything running very smooth but i have a problem after i ride a little that it refuses to pull start after i take a break, but a small push from a four wheeler starts it immediately. Is there any thing i can do?

how dose it run after you start it dose it idle do you use the decompreser need more info
