use a dictionary translator. here is the description.

Honda ATC200X, type 1986, 6 speed, driver's license in the treatment usually can be no help at high speeds. About two years ago, is beautiful and say, and I restored. Class Tutsi OH, brakes OH, exchange Dekonpushiru (compression OK), Kiyabu exchange, Batsuteri exchange, exchange seats, tires Inoba. All lights will operate. Furontofuenda, Riafuenda Stock Exchange from the USA, until Mon H26.6 liability insurance, the engine starts with a single light. Some scratches, rust, good thing I think the less mold sheet! NC, NR on. Name change, BAS is possible to deliver

How about a whopping $3065 for that ATC 70....

Or nearly $5000 for that 200X!

i found a japanese version of ebay also, however most of the items are located in the u.s. , I am assuming that we (americans) are the big consumers online and most likely is the reason that it is not exclusive over-seas. http://www.ebay.co.jp/

OK, so now we have seen street legal ATV's in Eurpoe, Asia, south America...They are pretty much commonplace everywhere but in the US . Land of the free?? HA. It is time to call BS on that one

The real question ought to be are they really paying this prices? And if so I may just move over there and start a consignment service rofl!
