OK, so now I'm thinking about buying the electric starter for the farm 185S. There doesn't seem to be a lot of information on battery charging. Since the 185S didn't have a battery to start with, and with the conversion kit one is needed to run the starter, does the kit include a charging circuit? If not, has anyone done the conversion and added the necessary parts to charge the battery, such as rectifier, regulator, etc.? Thanks Guys/Gals.

When I did mine everything was included to make it work and charge.

I was hoping they would, but they just don't say it. Thanks for the tip.

Not a problem. The kit is pretty simple to install. Add battery box, run starter wires, and put starter on. Took me about 1 1/2 hours.

Hey, can you get one of those for a 200x?

How about 110? I've seen them for many atc's but not the 110.

I think I have seen one on a 110, but have not seen one on a 200X

Goki used to make one for the 200x, but they no longer do. I saw a used one on e-bay about a year ago that sold for about $300 (starter only, no charging components).

I think you would be money ahead to just get the electric starting trikes......goki is outrageous in pricing. Plus these trike you are mentioning should be easy starters. My Daughter (9) starts her own 110. Of course after its warmed up a bit but after that she has it nailed. I could see goki for the crazy to start 350x...But nonetheless here is a link for some goki starter kits and pricing
