Ok guys, so I bought a brand new carb on ebay. I was workin on it this morning(200e btw) and got it all hooked up.( so I thought.) My question is this. Is there only two hoses connected to the carb? I got the one to the gas tank, and the one on the bottom of the bowl. But when I trun the gas on, gas flows freely out of the side opposite of the idle screw. What to do? Thanks Guys.

Is gas coming out the choke lever? Float needs to be adjusted or the main is stuck open...Beets

Did you take the bowl off at all before you installed it?...With the carb mounted-try a couple hard taps on the side of the bowl with handle part of a screwdriver a -see if it stops. If not, then open it. The float/float valve is stuck or came off possibly, or the float pin slid out. Open it and inspect.

no its not the choke lever. It is a little hole right above it.

It doesnt matter how many lines you got hooked up, as long as there is one coming from the gas tank. Others are overflows or vent and they have no effect on the carb. Only thing they do is make the gas flow under the trike so it doesnt go on something hot and catch on fire.
