These came off of a 81 250R. I cannot figure out what brand they are. I have attached some pics below. The are pretty rattle can'd ! Any info would be great.

I don't really understand your question, but I remember in 1982 here in France, there was a special trophy for journalists and all their 250R were painted in green like seems to be yours.
But I doubt your fender comes from this side of the pond...

To clear it up, someone spray painted them green. What I am trying to identify is they do not seem to match the factory plastics. They have a factory port in the plastic that hooks to the breather box.

I would imagine they are oem.

Well, that is my thought, but all of the 81 rears I have seen do not have the air port in them.

From the 81-82 fenders I have seen these are different.

Ok, now I understand your question !

I confirm: my 82' 250R OEM rear fender don't have this "factory air port hooked to the breather box" either.
Very strange find...

They 83 R advertised having a new "snorkel air intake" in the original brochure..........maybe that's where it comes through?

the 83-84 fenders I have seen do not resemble these at all. The hunt continues.
