Dead wrong. As rdls said the 200SX is a Honda four wheeler. What that guy has there is a Yamaha Tri-Moto YTM200.

Definitely a 200. No reverse. I would offer in the $400 range. Good looking trike for the most part.

1984 YTM 200e "Yamahauler" (going by the plastics and decals).

Find out if it's shaft driven.
