Just wondering if anyone has any experience runnin 1.5'' spacers on their trikes. Or if anyone has used this product.

Thanks for any info you may have. I have a 1985 250es bigred that i am having exhaust clearance issues with after getting 12" wide bearclaws. ( 1" away from pipe= melted tire ) If this is a solid product, i'll buy this to solve my problem. Im still running stock rims.
On a different note, does anyone know the minimum amount of clearance you need from your pipe to your tire? I have 1", i noticed that my stockers have 3" so i am thinking that 1 " is not enough.
Thanks a lot, Jason.

Yes... I have those exact spacers on the back of my BR... Be sure to red loctite and torque to pooh pooh out of the lug bolts before you install them on your trike...

I have like half an inch between my 25" tires on my SX and the exhaust, I just turned them around but haven't ridden on them that way yet. It didn't melt it or the tabs or anything.

Maybe if it was running and stood still for a few hours, but rotating I don't think the heat will affect it. Not sure on the stock rim offsets, but can you turn the tires around/swap sides?

Yeah, i could swap them i guess. But id rather have bada** spacers. Haha, makes it look nice. I guess i'll send an order in for them later tonight since you have the same ones thorpe. I only get to play with my toys on the weeekends anyways... No where to ride in this place! Have to wait untill im off work to go up to my cottage and see my bikes, trucks and bush i own. Sucks. I'll turn them around for the time being untill my spacers get here. Thanks for the info

if the spacers are new just be sure to re-torque them after you ride a little bit.
