ok is the raised spot on the fly wheel that passes the stationary magnet supposed to be magnetized or just the inside of the fly wheel. Im trying to figure out if I need a stator or not. I had couple bolts back out and bang up the fly wheel a little but I cant see any damage to the stator. any help is appreciated
