i recently purchased a douglas red label NOS rim for my 84 250r off ebay,and never measured my stock rim before hand, new rim is 6" wide with 3+3 offset, old rim is 7" wide with 3.25+3.75 offset called the seller and he sais that douglas rim is correct for me 3 wheeler and they didnt make one with same factory offset, that this is what they ran, only prob i forsee about running it is that im a quarter off center, has anybody ran one of these? does it matter, thinking about getting my hub machined to remove a quarter where the studs are, any feedback please?? the seller was a jerk i can send it back for refund minus all the shipping, or try to make it work, thanks
