More 200X stuff.

I need to know what manifold is the right one to connect a Mikuni TM28 flatside carb to a 200X..

That carb won't fit without frame modification. Also you need to fabricate the intake manifold. Put that carb up to yer cyl. head and see what it looks like...there is no room for that carb!
