I had to get the cylinder bored to 70.76mm, will the 70.75 piston be fine?

no it won't,, you need more clearance . wiseco recomends .003 to .005 so in mm it would be .08 to .12 mm

is 70.75 the actual piston measurement? do you have the piston? or are you just stressing about a few ten-thousandths before you buy?
