Will a YT125 CDI work on a YT175?
Will your standard run of the mill coil work or does it need to be for the 175?

Yes, the 125 cdi and 175 cdi's will both swap. I have done it between the two. The coils are also the same - same number on the coil. Even the Tri Z coil is the same number on the coil. Good luck!
