Been working on a 90 for my wife, ended up getting a Johnsons Bandito frame, then while I had the motor out it got out I ended up putting a larger cam, high compression piston, cleaning up and lapping the valves and doing some port work. the 70 front tire should be gone today, and I should have a chain on it today and take it for a test ride. Im trying to go sort of crusty rat rod on it, don't paint anything, leave it rusty, but make sure everything mechanically is solid. Im pretty much there as it starts first pull, all the lights work, and repacked or replaced all the bearings.

last night my buddy brought over a 90/110 he just got....the rear fender on it was amazing. All I wanted to do with that fender was toss a super heavy flake paint job on it, and a tuck n roll seat in crushed velvet

ratvespa, I'm seeing a supertrapp muffler and aftermarket headlilght mount on your buddys
90, what else is he hiding. I like what your doing with your trike as well and I'm liking that rear fender. I like the unique.

the headlight on his is just a tractor light that was ghetto-fab'd on there. the headlight guard on the bandito seems to be a piece made for the 90/110
his has a super trap that looks to be in good shape. his also has a much larger intake manifold and a larger minkuni carb on it. I gotta snap a pic of the muffler on mine, its a strange upswept megaphone with a baffle in it.

Better watch out these 90/110's are very addictive . Cool builds BTW . I Think your pipe is an old Hooker header from the little bit of it that I can see .

you have a pic of your bandito framed 110? My buddy has 2 more bandito frames, Im thinking of buying one and doing a restro on it....and I hear you about the addictive, took it for it's first spin today...feel really good, there is something about the little OHC motors all my other ATC's don't have...they are little workhorses. I also heard that there was a SE racing frame that was for the 90/110...is that the same people who built the PK ripper bike? any one got a pic of that?

wow! that thing looks amazing!

and damn, I have a chrome bandito front end with the 2 axle positions that would look great on that...too bad I have to give it back to my buddy who gave me the frame.
