I need a new one on my 250SX, any suggestions? I open to just about anything right now.

All you can do is repaint it with high temp paint or you can replace it with a new aftermarket, they are on eBay.

There are literally tons of them on ebay, just looked xD Seach for 150sx exhaust

Can you post a couple of links? I did this search and got nothing... Tried every words: pipe, muffler, exhaust, silencer and its only showing stock exhaust and ktm 2 stroke 250sx

Your best choice of action here is to look for a replacement stock exhaust, or to purchase a cobra exhaust.

Cobra exhausts are still produced and you can find them easily.
