I just bought these, thought they looked pretty good and a fair price. I wasn't sure if they are 200x but I was feeling impulsive. I'm thinking I might use them on a trike build later. All these quad to trike conversions has gotten me thinking I might try on with an old quad frame I have laying in the shop for some R&D.

I woke up in the middle of the night thinking "I forgot to put up the link", lol. I'm an idiot.

It's one of the China made quads. I got it with some parts I bought. It's got a good 200cc electric start engine with reverse.

The frame is a throw away if I don't use it for something like this. It's mid-sized, if it works out to become a trike it would be a good intermediate size for my son between an ATC70 and a full sized trike next year. I've also got a good LT230 quadsport rolling chassis in the shop that is also a candidate.

Those look like they may be from a 200s, they've got a 2nd hole on the bottom one that looks like it would hold the drum brake.

Those aren't 200x forks. They look to be too short.

No 200s forks either, 200s forks are curved

Not if you unbolt them from the upper trees which these have been.

No 250es forks have a big growth on the left hand fork

I hope they are too short, they'll be going to the boy's ATC70! I also got a ATC 200 in with the quad and CR chassis. Either way it was just $40, I wish that's the most I'd ever wasted on one of my impulse buys.

Those may be perfect for an ATC70. I know I'm gonna build my own triples and run 200X forks (on my 70) which I may have to creatively cut down without internal threads.....

I'd look to 350X forks for that quad you have there, every set of 200X forks I see are bent. They're just too weak......

Thanks for the input DC, no worries if they are bent (I know a guy that can true them, LOL). Dang if I know what they are, I've looked throgh 5,000 ebay listings and I've not seen another pair. Oh well, I'll ask if he has the brakes to go with them and go from there. Maybe I can find an adapt-o-kit for them.
