Direct swap, bolt up, wire up and slip the chain on an go, I used an 81' 200 (185 is even better). It was very easy, just have a little bit of fab on the rear brake pedal, but lot's of ways to do it, just 'advance search' 200 auto-x and several fellas have done the swap with anywhere to a 1980 200/185 to a new 200cc Lifan with electric start. My 9 year old daughters auto-x -

i was thinking when i did mine i had to use the regular 200 front motor mounts and intake boot, but it was a very easy swap think i just welded a bolt on the frame for the brake pedal mount

Why is the 185 more desirable than the 200?
