Hopfully it is as simple as adjusting your clutch cable. that is the only thing I can come up with other than your clutch friction plates are worn compltely out.

Ya thats wut im thinking, i bought it for 90$ and another one for parts for 40. The clutch plates on the other one dnt slide around or have a lot of play but this one does does that mean anything? Wer can i g3t the tool to remove the clutch or is there another way

Check with your local Honda dealer for a clutch tool/socket. You must have that socket to remove that special nut holding the clutch basket. there is no other way around it, you will damge the nut otherwise, I had to buy one last year. I think they are @ 20 bucks.

Try adjusting the cable. When you release the clutch handle, you should be able to have a slight amount of slack in the handle, but not much. If it's TIGHT then you need to re-adjust the cable.

you will need a special socket like this.. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda-Oil-Filter-Clutch-Hub-Spanner-Tool-90cc-110cc-ATV-/270664230499?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f04d86663 or this.. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HONDA-OIL-FILTER-CLUTCH-SPANNER-TOOL-/120465505691?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1c0c4dbd9b

You can also get it off with a fat flathead and a hammer.

Definatly. If the disc's and plates have free play in them then there is definatly a problem.
