just getting back into 3 wheels after 24 years with 2 or 4,just bought a 1986 yamaha tri z 250 and it needs a shifter leaver ,is there a better one out there than a stock one,or will one off something else fit [please help]

the only option I like over stock is the banshee shifter!.. if your savy with a torch you cand make the nice 90* bend.. to clear the cover,, and it's still just as long as the stocker.. plenty to get a rideing boot under..;)

Where bouts in canada are yea? I think i have a spare one or 2 kicking around.

i live in ontario,a long 38 hour drive to you but thanks,but iam looking for a dg pipe,,new or used
Just another note...a 85 Honda 200m shifter works great too...Little bigger area for your toe.

thanks for all the help,i just picked up this 86 tri z for something to play with .its in very good shape,no cracks,no fade,always keeped in side,runs real good but the shifter is the only thing i need to replace[i hope its not the shaft thats striped]is that something that gos on these tricks,and if so how hard is that to repair
