I've been fighting with this thing for 2 hours trying to get it off and it wont budge.. I got the nut to loosen without much trouble but now I can't slide the primary clutch off at all, it wont move.. DId they put locktite on the splines from factory? ANybody ever see this before? Any ideas ????

Do you have the notch lined up on the secondary clutch to remove it?

oh yes I had the notch in the secondary clutch drum lined up right.. I ended up getting it out using a puller and tapping the primary clutch drum with an aluminum drift.. Some genius had put locktite on the splines of the shaft
I knew something wasn't right, these things aren't supposed to be that difficult to remove.. The primary drum and clutch shoes are grooved real good so I doubt i'll be using it, I have to try and find a decent one I guess..
