84 200x rear shock rebuild

Is there someone that can show me how to rebuild a shock for my 200x. I don't want to pay 200 for someone elsee to do it

stocker shocks are the simplest type of rebuilds as anythign aftermarket requires double and tripple chambered nitro work.

forks are the ony thing that give me a hard time.
