I just bought a caliper and i already have the brake pedal. But what kind of cylinder's will fit on the 200x? Will the cr's? Possibly a 450f? Anything really, 200x rear master cylinder's are kind of limited on ebay.

thanks.

Find a front CR85 dirt bike caliper. The newer the better. You will need to use your old backer mount plate on the CR85 caliper so don't throw it out. They should be a cheap and easy find on ebay, thats where I got mine, I think mine was a 2002 model.

I think I used a CR85 rear master cylinder and reservoir on mine. You need a longer hose from the reservoir to the cylinder from what I recall.

I also just used the cr85 front caliper bracket that I ground down to fit. Worked perfectly.

Thanks trizinger, that's what i think i'm going to do. I don't have the x mount anyways, so glad it can be made to work.

would the cr85 caliper be an upgrade or just a replacement

It works the same, except it lacks the parking brake lever.

And you can get the CR85 caliper almost brand new for under $30.

I got a 2007 cr85 master cylinder and caliper for $15 shipped.
