A friend of mine gave me an old Pacesetter made in Cascade, Iowa. Gas tank had a couple of holes, no fire to the Wisconsin/Robin EY-25W motor, tires are weather checked to the point of won't hold air but the tread is excellent and wiring is mostly disconnected. Gonna tear into the engine one of these days in the next couple of weeks to check points and condenser and coil. Engine seems to have plenty of compression and turns over well. Someone had used grease in the rewind which in turn attracted dirt. I got that all cleaned up and working along with a new rope and handle (old one was broke). Tires are getting tubed this Friday. Had to beat the front axle out but since have bought new bearings and axle is cleaned up and waiting for the tire to get tubed before I put it back together. Need to re-upholster the seat and once we get it running, probably new paint on the fiberglass. It was free so I'm not too disappointed.
