first gen 250r question

i just bought an 81 250r and wonder if anybody has ever changed the front end to a skinny tire? if so how hard is it? also wondering if the front fender on the 250 was the same as any other year seems hard to find one

i believe that a 200x front end will bolt right up, but dont quote me on that

I also like the look of a stock front end, but I'm probably going to try to fit a 350x one on there.

thanks, i thought i'd seen pics floating around with the skinny front tire on, i have to think it would handle better? i like the look of the big tire too though

83-85 200x will bolt right up with no mods.
