3 months later after the motor gernaded on my 250r I finally dropped off the cylinder and .75 mm over piston at the machine shop.. while its over there i am going to pull the motor out flip it over and clean it out.. and then put er all back together.. woot!!

indeed... but as my life goes... I bagged my first deer today.. did I use a bow? umm no.. did I use a 30 ought 6? umm not exactly.. I used a 97 camry.. F'd up the hood, fender and busted the radiator.. Grrrr

Make sure your ports are properly chamfered! Check the ring end gaps and make sure your piston has oil holes for the exhaust bridge before assembling it all back up. I'm sure this isn't anything new to you but just in case. LOVE fresh bores.
