200x swinger?????

what is the best way to extend a stock 1985 200x swingarm not lookin for much just about three inches longer than stock any help would be awesome
and any pics of home done extended swingers would be cool to

Best to be done behind the shock mount, so you don'e have to fab a new one. I think the easiest way is to take a scrap one, Chop it up until you got a couple sections the length you want, then cut yours once on each tube and weld the two peices from the other in between.
You have to have a special welder, tig, heliarc, you can use a mig but you have to get special wire for it.
