did they come with choke levers because mine doesnt have one but according to the owners manual it says it has one

They all came with choke levers on the carb itself. It is a plastic lever, and it could have been removed, as there is a screw that holds it on I believe. It could also have broken off. It shouldnt be too hard to find a replacement, as any year 185 and 200 s will work. Good luck!

look at your carb as yamaha rules69 said for a black lever or (whats left of it) on the left side of the carb. Theres a screw there to hold it down with a small shiny thin plate(with tiny holes on it). Theres a tiny ball bearing in between them. If it dont have all 3 pieces, your choke will stay closed always.

Yeah, don't lose that ball bearing, we didn't even notice it at first and it took us almost an hour to find it.

ok so i looked it over and i can see where the lever broke off and it doesnt look to be to hard to chage

Pretty sure you can buy just the lever on feebay. search 200x carb then sort by price
