CDI box difference?

I've been tearing down my '85 125M getting ready to sell some unneeded parts and noticed that the CDI box off the 85 is about double the size of the one on my 84. Service Honda shows the same part number for the two so any body know why the difference?

Do they both have the same number of pins and connector?

can you post the numbers that are on each of them?

I imagine they could be different internally but i could be wrong.
