Double check the Schematics from say BikeBandit or PartsFish, but on my 350X, you loosen the four bolt clamp on one side, then screw the front axle out and the front wheel and hub drops out of the middle between the front forks.

thats the easy part. if your rims are like my 86 get a sawzall and cut rubber off. then work on steel belts. seems like only a good "bead breaker" will work. they're about $400. james lucky's bead breaker was a joke. its still out in the field where it belongs.

take it to a gas station and they will take it off for you for like $

Its a lot easier to just plug it, and you dont need to remove it at all.

Or try that SLIME tire sealer. I had some slow leaks on my LT-4WD and put that green SLIME stuff in them and blew them back up. Haven't had to add air since! I bought mine at Wal-Mart.

beads are not hard to break at all. all we have is just a big hammer, like a 5lb or so and a wedge, it kinda looks like a splitting wedge but not as pointy. then you take that and go all the way around the tire and keep doing that untill to bead comes loose. then we have basically two pry bars that have a little hook or something in them to pull the tire off the rim. can get it done in about 5 min or less, and its free.

Don't Even Know It Happend,So I Needed Fix For Weekend,Also I Will Like To Paint Front Rim..So I Do need Wheel Out Anyway..I Could Kill Two Birds/One Stone :-D
