ok I need a new rear break for my 200x. YES Sunday (yesterday) we got it running and rode the dog outta it!!!! LOL
The rear brake assembly works, except the bolts that go through the break have wobbled out the hole and the places where those bolts go through the mounting plate for stability have wobbled some as well, so now the rear disk makes the rear brake caliper itself wiggle badly. I need to replace it. What yrs and what model bikes will fit?
If someone has one in good shape for a decent cost please let me know as well sicne I need this.

Thanks!
Mike

Well I can tell you a cr250 front doesn't fit. I think at least for the 86-87's the cr80 front fits. I'm going to be using a cr250 front on my rear but I gotta make a new mount in machine shop :Bounce

cr85 front caliper. Use your old mount and the new caliper. Newer the bike the better off you are for not having seized up crap.

CR85 front brake is what I am using as well. No brake line in this older pic, but it's there now.

You need to use your mount bracket. IE the one that holds the caliper to the swing arm on the 200x. The front one off the cr85 will not work.

i think i may be able to get a chinese rear brake caliper that bolts right on! it looks simular to soem of the ones i've seen, if so a new one is like $20. even if yopu have to but 2, that's still a good deal for a new caliper!

I took the cr85 mount and ground it down to fit. Very easy to do.
