I managed to get two rear tires for a US90 given to me for free.:) A farmer approached me at a "Show'n'Shine" in Saskatchewan and said he had two in his barn; he was as surprised as me as to what they were from! They are in OK condition with a few patches and plugs in one and a seized axle stub and one patch in the other:cry: They should hold air once fixed up if I ever get a second 90 that needs tires. Here's the problem; It looks like if I can unbolt the hub, I should be able to push the axle through the centre hole thus removing it and the hub together. Does this sound correct? Then I can apply some heat without damaging the tire.
Note: The seized axle has been cut off almost flush with the tire; does this help?
