View Full Version : Restoring tecate 86-87 headlight cover, ideas

Dear friends, i try to restore my head light cover , it had a an accident in transport and broken and missing parts of it, i had put plastic in holes and a new part in it too, this plastic is from broken left shroud, i want now to know if any of us , think in paint or an other thing better.Sorry if pics arent very good

You know you can get a new one for the 86-87 T-3 right?

They have been duplicated and are very nice.

yep heres one of justins repro's. i go tthe shrouds and headlight for a decent price.

yep heres one of justins repro's. i go tthe shrouds and headlight for a decent price. dont mind the difference in color to the front fender. its an oem sunfaded front fender. these shrouds and headlight cover match my new oem rear fenders in color perfectly.

if you wanna repair plastic like new use www.plastex.ca i use it on sportbike fairing cracks and its strong stuff.
