I am in the process of fixing up a strange 84 ATC200 that I bought over the weekend. It has what looks like an 200x style front end however its width is designed for the 25x12x9 inch tires that the big reds use. So its much wider than most that I have seen.

The problem is that the axle is broken. The threaded end just cleanly broke off.

So I am looking for an axle that is at least 17 inches wide. I bought one for a 200E but it is only 16 1/2 inches wide and when I put it into the front end, it isn't just wide enough to get the castle nut on the threaded side.

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure. Does anyone know how wide those axles are? I can't find any info on the width of various Honda ATC axles.

Here's a novel idea, post a picture. Pictures help a ton. It may not be a stock honda front end, it may be aftermarket. I've had to have some custom front axles made before as well as the spacers.
