new trike not running 1985 125m

I bought this 125m for $275. It does not run. I hope this turns into one of those stories where all I need to
do is clean up the carb. The thing is super clean and even has a speedometer. Can't wait to tear into it.

I will post the fix when I figure what it is.

If the link does not work it was lited in the classified here at 3ww. Not sure if it is a honda line speedo. I do remember it saying ATC in the speedometer if that is any indication.

This thing is in great condition. I found the problem bad rusty gas see the pic of the bucket that was the gas that was in it. I have not started it yet but I am sure it will.

This thing runs great. Sounds so nice and quit. If you think it looks good in the pictures above wait til you see it cleaned up.
Things I found wrong with it are bent front rim, rear brake cable, cracked tail light cover, and missing air filter.I am going to say it is in mint condition. Best condition of any 3 wheeler that I have seen.
