UNI filter tight fit on 250sx

Anyone else notice this? Should i worry about it?

Its not too bad, but still it should fit better. The stock filter mouting piece pushes it in at the end. It would be perfect if the filter was about an inch shorter. Ive emailed UNI twice with no respnse.

Thats crazy that you mentioned this cause I just put a new uni filter on my 250sx tonight and I was thinkin the same thing...lol
I havent tried to contact them yet so let me know if you get a email back from em

mines the same way. careful not to overtighten!! DC's aluminum inserts are needed to get a good seal. mine was overtightened by the po, now the plastic lip is caved in a bit!!
