I just bought this cylinder boring bar machine this weekend.SSSSSSSOOOOOO much fun,will never pay anymore to hone a cylinder and install a sleeve!!!!

I just bought it.Habitually for me and my customer arount 15 cylinder bored a year and 4-5 sleeve.the machine shop charge 200$ for a sleeve and 45$ for an oversize.I paid 900$......this thing cost 10000$ normally....

looks like the boring bar comes up from the bottom. most i've seen come down from the top. also seen a few use a lathe setup.
