84 atc 200es to 85 250es fork swap

Is anyone familiar on how to swap the front end on a 200es to a 250es front end. Ive read that some people have 250es front ends on their trikes. Is it a simple bolt on with maybe a bit of modding, or is it a serious endeavor?
