Question about sprockets for my 84 200x

I was looking around for some new sprockets for my 84 200x. I want to get some sprockets that give me more LOW end torque. How many teeth sprockets do i need? Can someone help me out?

The rear sprocket can only be bought new with a 40 tooth count. You can get custom rear ones made
