Well.. Im not sure if this is a problem or not, I have the swinger reattached to my 250R, however the shock isnt linked back up, and there appears to be some play in the new bearings where the swinger attaches to the pivot on the frame? About ~3mm back and forth, from left to right.. will this go away when i get the shock hooked up or? All the hardware is new

Maybe. Did you clean and lube everything in assembly? If you didn't clean anything in assembly then they'res most likely some junk or in there. That or where your pivot bolt goes through the frame those holes may wallowed out.

Have no idea, I cleaned it all up and greased it good, just doesn't make any sense. All the parts are there, the collars and the cylinders along with the bearings then the bolt passes through it all, but yet theres still that little wobble.. You may be right about the holes being worn, the old bearings fell to peices when I took em out..

how did the swingarm pivot bolt look when you removed it?? and you didnt forget to reinstall the outer dust caps did you, if i understand you correclty, you have side to side runout???? sounds about like how much there would be if you forgot the endcaps....

Is the hole for the swingarm bolt egged out on either side or the bolt worn in that area?
Did you replace the inner spacers/collars - everything??

Ok took a quick video and done some more looking at schematics on bike bandit.. I dont think I had these bushings? They weren't there when I took the swingarm apart the first time! I realized this after taking the video by the way. Here's the video:

You must mean side to side, not angular. Those end caps look terrible, but the rest of the trike looks nice.
Why didn't you just get a complete All Balls kit? Do they come with end caps and everything??
If your missing the collars, but put in the sleeve, your missing a few MM's of side to side distance without them......

I should have gotten the allballs kit yes lol. BUT I thought I could get away with just bearings.. Im gonna take that swingarm off again, and I'll give you guys some pictures of what I've got there in the way of parts, so you can tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Start from scratch, get a kit and a chainguard before the swinger gets ruined.......
