if u need it for removing the lock nut on the axle, i just use a pipe wrench works like a charm, and hasn't done any harm to the nut on mine yet, worht a shot if u really wanna chantge it

I know that Autozone had the big axle nut sockets in stock last time I went, i'm not sure if they had a 41mm, but it's worth a check if you have one close.

as stated above, pipe wrench works just fine. + if u have a nice long one it makes it rather easy due to the increase in leverage

How about a large Crescent wrench? That won't chew up the nut like the teeth on a pipe wrench.

Harbor freight has cheap ajustable wrenches that go up to 2 feet long or so. My brother bought a 2 footer just for doing axle nuts back in the 90s and it still works great.

This is what NOT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It takes any finish off of the nut and leaves it beat up; Unless it's junk already..............

Any Harbor freight has a 24" long monkey wrench for 25$. It's perfect for this.

If it's been together awhile I cannot stress enough that HEAT will go a big way in removing it. It may be LH thread also, look in the book.

A 1 5/8" wrench fits perfectly. That's what I used on my BR.

Know any farmers? Those guys generally have some pretty big wrenches for changing duals, ect. See if you can borrow one. That'd be the cheapest way to go.
