A 200 engine will bolt right into a 185S frame right? Cause I have a engine that runs, and my 185S engine, well, it needs work. I want to put that 200 engine in the 185S frame and put a DG or Cobra pipe and K&N air filter on. I also have a '83 200 front end, they are the suspension forks. Will that fit on the 185S? If it works thats gonna be a project for me this winter!

yes, i think they both bolt right up into it. a friend of mine even threw a 200x motor into a 185! never got to drive it though (sold the motor before he ever got all the way done with it

Slippy4 is correct. The only difference between the 185 and 200 motors is the bore diameter. It will definitely bolt right up.

I completely missed the part about the forks, lmao! Hondaatc185s200e is also correct. The 200s front end will bolt right on with no problems. The 200x front end will also bolt on, but you'll have to have the whole thing, including all the disc brake components. I think (not ABSOLUTELY positive) that the 81-82 250r front end will bolt on as well, and again, you'll probably need all the brake stuff unless your 185 wheel/hub/brake will work with the 250r axle.

After I put the back end of the 200 put back together, I'm gonna start working on the Modified 185S. How much will the performace be with the 200 engine?? I might put smaller tires on it, like 20", it has 22" now. What do you guys think???
